Invention: An Internet of Integrity

I am astonished that no one starts up an internet of integrity. The Niche is wide open, entrepreneurs! Imagine tech that does not spy on you and use you for their profit. Soon the people will be catching on, so it may well be a bull market. Imagine a Twitter that does not sell fake followers, a WordPress that does not block search term access to one’s site awaiting an extortion fee. Imagine a government obliged to obey the Bill of Rights they swore an oath to uphold, and just not use the camera and audio in every computer to take paternal and tyrannical powers over every citizen. Imagine a nation that cared to secure elections more than short term profits, and a 2016 election that was not hacked by the Russians to run Donney up the flagpole and watch the slavish Republicans salute! Perhaps we would have had Bernie or Hillary v. Marco Rubio or Ted Cruz. Imagine if thee wee not a Russian hacking of U.S. hospital computers, and no Russian mob induced Oxy epidemic! We may have even had Ben Carson!

And imagine an FBI that would admit to using the spy-tech and Russian assistance against ISIS and domestic terrorism, but made a terrible mistake in forgetting what it means to have risen through the ranks of the KGB-oops! Imagine a Congress that would regulate the internet and perhaps gun lobbies to boot, and oversee the federal executive agencies like it is supposed to, pursuing questions when these arise, rather than allowing the FBI/etc. to attack the one raising the questions.

But that is what it means to be a Platonist, to bear the pain of knowing not that the best regime is unachievable- who cares?- but that all these evils are entirely avoidable if we would just stand up with a little integrity, even on the internet.

So what if we set up such a thing, right alongside the old internet, now we have seen the flaws in that which will surely lead to disaster? And in the meantime, remember, the key to the discontents of modern tech is manual backup. Have they deported Emmanuel Backupez already? Senior Peace?

First Amendment First

So, the Trumpsters now control the executive branch to some extent, and have openly begun to control the media with intimidation. We need to secure the First Amendment first, by re-opening the media and the internet. Some very odd things have been occurring on Twitter which demonstrate Trumpster control of that media. Perhaps a free bazillionair will see the opportunity to begin a competitor that promises not to allow naked Russian chicks and hackers popping in behind ones pages. Then we can get on with real American politics through this thing.

Hey Putin, get out of the Ukraine!

Election Fraud: Critique of NPR Stateside

On Michigan State side, on NPR, the interviewer of Mr. Dylan said: So turnout was down. Do you think it was the message of the messenger?” They had just said, or been remembering that Hillary won the popular vote by 3.5 million votes.

It was about two days after the election that the toll for the popular vote began coming in, with Hillary leading yet by only almost a million votes and rising, that something went off in my head, and I realized that the election was thrown because of the strange disproportion between the electoral and popular vote. Not that those cannot happen, but something felt odd, and I called for an actuary to consider the numbers mathematically. A week later, J. Alex Haldeman, a computer scientist at our University of Michigan warned of vote fraud, and Jill Stein called for a recount. I suspected vote fraud, but was not calling for a recount, because that is not where I thought one would find the fraud. The vote in Michigan was un-recountable, very close, and so we still do not know who won the state. No one cares. Hillary had had he hands tied when Trump got he to make him pledge to accept the results of the election, on which acceptance indeed a smooth fee government once seemed to depend. I had for a long time been very concerned about the end of the fourth amendment, the control of the people though market manipulation, and the general oligarchic idea that such is just fine, in fact the way that one ought conduct business, since wealth s more important that justice. I knew spying though our technology was being allowed in a corrupt alliance, because it is profitable for Microsoft and seemed useful to the FBI. Spy-marketing was then unopposable by Obama. The idea of targeted interference was jokingly, cynically and sneeringly accepted, as people began receiving coupons for businesses they had just passed by in their cars, and the world of Winston in 1984 descended upon America’

I knew the election was thrown by fraud because Trump, a man who thinks money is the yellow brick road, did not buy Television adds in the swing states at all. Yet he assured us that if he did not win the election, it would be because Hillary and the Democrats were guilty of election fraud. I recalled the surprise leap in the polls when Mr. FBI came out again with no new news, but sue to re-raise the DNC e-mails that wee hacked by Russia and delivered to Wikileaks, revealing the terrible sin that the DNC had its thumb on the scale against Bernie Sanders, because they had worked for Hillary for a long time and did not trust that the Republicans and centrists would vote for a Socialist.” I had to begin a study of the S word myself, and began searching about the property for my ‘Tocqueville, where he discussed the fist emergence of “socialism” after the French Revolution. I have come to the conclusion that neither Bernie no Barack had never read The Old Regime and the French Revolution, and were not even using the sword in the philosophic sense at all, but were thinking only of the European nations with higher taxes but more social services, or indeed were thinking of the common good in the Aristotelian sense rather than socialism in the ‘Tocquevilleian sense, while me and the republicans were thinking of the sense linked to communism and totalitarianism, of centralization and strong, and indeed for the Nazi’s sense fascist government control.

Something else bothered me too about the supposed white blue collar vote that won the election for the Republicans so that the Democrats will just have to work harder next time. The National Enquirer has, three days before the election, appeared in the Meijer checkout stand with the shocking revelation that Hillary was in cahoots with the Russians to throw the election. The principle called the shadow: villains know how to slander heroes because they know their own deeds well, and while secretly thinking that that is how one ought proceed, they know also that public opinion upholds a kind of Justice. So they purposely use their own sins to slander their opponents, and we have seen this tactic so many times from Donald Trump that these cannot be counted. I suspected, and it tuned out to be true, that the Enquirer was owned by an oligarchic ally of Donald Trump. “Fake news was not even in the news yet, and I was completely unaware of many articles of fake news, such as that the Pope was supporting Donald Trump. A “demagogue” is named such for his manipulation of popular opinion, described in Plato’s Republic as being like tone who has leaned to control the actions of a great, strong but rather stupid and shortsighted beast, controlling say a Bull by the nose ring. My sister expressed alarm because she had seen a woman, one of the sort who are convinced that Big Time Wrestling is real, waving about the Enquirer and telling everyone not to vote for Hillary. I have since met numerous persons who were leaning toward Hillary, but developed serious concerns due to the things being said in just that week before the election. Trump and the Trump campaign indeed accused Hillary of what they themselves are guilty, but were sure could never be discovered, sue because they had been told by the Russians themselves that such methods were used that can never be detected, and that they could be sue that they would win the election, so sue that if they did not, they would be able to accuse Hillary of- God forbid- election fraud. accused Hillary of collaboration with the Russians because they themselves are guilty of election fraud, and this-inviting a foreign government to control a U.S. election- is TREASON. The republicans indeed focused more effort on the Swing states, but it was not only legal effort, as the Democrats wee bound to, but also illegitimate effort. Trump believes that winning is important thing, and that immoral means can and should be employed so long as these are legal, and illegal means should be employed so long as one does not get caught. a significant percentage of America believes this too, and that is why the new billionaires are not those who have learned to produce the most value in the most efficient manner, but those who have paid off congress through our corrupt system of campaign finance to control the very rules of the game, the free market itself, so that the playing field is not level from the beginning. If this practice is allowed, the business that succeed will be those corrupt enough to practice these means, corrupt enough to trash the common good for the sake of their own individual wealth, earning their billions at the public expense, or fleecing the common good. And that is, my fellow Americans, how, as power accumulates in these gigantic internet billionaire companies, our free government has now tuned quickly from oligarchy to tyranny. Do not give me that fake news philosophy about some globalism of Barack and Hillary that you cannot explain except by lying about the immigration policies of the Democrats, whee immigrant families, guest workers and Mexican citizens live in fear of deportation by the forces of I.C.E. already, because thee is a genuine border problem which Barack has genuinely tried to deal with. Another method of the Trumpster has been to take genuine problems in the wold-and thee are always problems in the world- and attribute them to the Presidency. He is, you will remember, the “Founder of ISIS” This slander is a tactic of a salesman applied to political rhetoric, so effective on our oxy-slumbered electorate.

No one has yet publicly mentioned, in elation to the elections, the fact that Kaspersky controls computer security in a significant and rising number of U.S. computers. That Kaspersky is centered in MOSCOW and staffed by former KGB agents did make the news one day on NPR, after I had asked being hauled off and drugged to inform the station that this was so. Turns out that, like Enbridge,” Kaspersky is a big contributor to NPR, a part of the vast Russian attempt, scheme or conspiracy to control the media. NPR did report however, late at night in the BBC, that a tyranny had strangely arisen in the Philippines, in which Dutuerte was summarily executing “drug dealers” by using the police. As strange police shootings began to increase in America, no one has eve yet made the connection, and the obviously possibility that corrupt police can be used for executions, while the police with their bravado and their guns silence anyone, including themselves, on whom thins might dawn. A black man was shot in St. Paul, four times while obeying the command to pull out his wallet, and a mad black militant then shot five Dallas offices in a totally unrelated incident. The St. Paul office is guilty of the death of his five commanders, and we are like unpatriotic or anti-police to notice and say so. we are supposed to hurry up and balance the statement to make sue the police know that we are not anti-police like those who say that Black lives matter.

Stateside is being so nice to ignore the well known election fraud verging upon and including treason so that we can have a “smooth transition.” Perhaps they will displace the fuzzy kitty on the kindness blog, while we prepare for war, now in Poland and the Ukraine, but sure to switch in seven days to the Middle East, first against ISIS in a surge, but then against all Islam to the destruction of America. That is what Putin has planned for us, whether we or Trump are yet able to hear the truth or not. unless we INDICT AND ARREST DONALD TRUMP FOR ELECTION FRAUD IF NOT TREASON WITHIN THE NEXT SEVEN DAYS. I have published a citizen’s arrest, but as Plato’s Socrates is told by Polemarchus, one cannot persuade them if they will not listen.

Citizen’s Arrest of Donald Trump

I wish, then, to declare the arrest of Donald Trump for election fraud, here in writing now. I Do not know which agency to contact, but will do that within the next day. They really need to contact me, since, I have told my Senators, if I call the FBI, they will not understand and hang up on me. The State Police, too will send a 24 year old adorned with so many cameras he can hardly walk, let alone sit for philosophical arguments. Ok, Donald J. Trump, presumed President elect, you are hereby under arrest. The charade is over.

I wish, too, to appeal to the Federal election Commission to declare the vote of the Electoral College illegitimate, and the U. S. elections of this past November to be null and void, due to foreign interference which may well have turned the presidential and some congressional elections. I request a do-over, with paper copies of each vote, sealed and kept by each citizen in case there is a problem.

I suggest, too, that until we sort out what the true vote of the people is, all office holders keep their places, in the interests of national security.

Note: Incidentally, this is quite in the interest of Mr. Trump personally, though it may not yet appear to him. On the charge of Treason, he may well be able to plead that he really just did not know what he was getting into. Crime requires intention, and there are various levels of intention and different senses in which one did not know what they were doing.

Megan Kelley and Election Fraud: Indict Trump

What was done by Donald Trump to Megan Kelley is sufficient to indict this man for election fraud. A journalist, her life was threatened, apparently for going public about the sort of sexual harassment for which, in a comic aside, a male police office here in Michigan is suing a female superior. The intimidation of the press when one is involved in an election is a crime, not only for the assault in itself, but for the attempt to control the media.

We can either stand up right now and indict this tyrant for these obvious crimes, or see the end of a free press, and with that the end of American liberty. Perhaps our oligarchs need to consider the flourishing Russian economy, and what great blessings Vlad might have in store for our slavish nation.

FBI Hangs Up On Me/ General Sir Richard Barrons

We have a little problem in our FBI, if the President and Ms. Lynch have not noticed. As soon as one mentions Kaspersky (shhh! Don’t say Kaspersky!), or tries to discuss the issue of Russian orchestration of the internet, they hang up on you. But the corruption has been demonstrated, right here in front of you on my webpages. If the FBI or the administration does not want these things discussed, they will have to talk to me. But they just passively absorb as though waiting for something to use against the one complaining.

General Sir Richard Barrons is on Hard talk from the BBC here on NPR in the middle of the night. The Russians apparently employ one million cyber warriors involved at least 40 hacking operations, and have been working on this little cyber war action for fifteen years (- about coincident with the American Oxy epidemic.) Like us here at the CLC, General Barrons , when he was one of the top 6 Generals in the UK, screamed bloody murder while what he said went in one ear and out the other of the British government and people. The general message of Mr. Barrons is that the West needs to harden up, and conduct some properly rigorous investigations, rather than, as we are doing, do nothing and just hope bad things do not happen.

The Trumpsters believe they can continue to avoid indictment, with that Teflon raincoat, every bit of obvious evidence rolling off them like the Teflon Don. Today it is that the Obama administration is just raising the questions of His use of both the Russians and Bright Bart for their own partisan interest. As my mother used to say when we accused one another as four-year-olds, “I’m just glad you would not do those things! What, then, it is to be assumed that no election fraud could have occurred because only the opposing factional interest will check and balance you? All his answers assume that such a thing is impossible, it is impossible to know, and we should not even inquire into the matter, at the stake of our liberty and our 230 year old constitutional political life and Russian enslavement by the chessman, who is in fact a few moves ahead of us.

I work for free, and like a monk am resigned to utter poverty, which is apparently why I can see and say these things. The operator at the FBI that receives calls here in Detroit is being paid, and those dealing with our current crisis have all been well paid, some in the six figures of taxpayer money. Ah but then, because one would not whore their liberty or do crime to make money, those paid will not listen! The FBI has been too busy spying on everyone, too busy even to protect us, let alone listen- one gets a better ear if they slip enlightenment in to a tapped conversation in the hopes that some agent will use the info, without thanks, to further their own career. Taxpayer funded investigations cannot compete with internet billions of Mobsters flushed with drug money to hire armies of hackers, and thinkers. We can beat them right here, with basic integrity and those who work for its own sake to preserve liberty.

Indict Donald Trump for Election Fraud and Overturn the Russian Influence

Sanctions we announced today affecting 35 ambassadors, two Russian houses and perhaps four companies. To this date, I am the only one mentioning Kaspersky and the control 0f four million accounts from Moscow staffed by former KGB. After a few calls to NPR a few months ago, it was mentioned once that this was indeed true, that they were Moscow, and it was assured that U. S. government computers do not use Kaspersky. But the citizens do, and spy marketing and targeted interference with the internet turned the election, in addition to hacking into the DNC. Our current hypothesis is that the FBI does not want to give up these powers to fight terrorism, and so is concealing these “sources and methods.” Incidentally, my internet, which has Kaspersky and Microsoft, still does not work well enough for me to work profitably, say as an internet instructor or book publisher- to get off the dole, and these policies are destroying the middle class. I have written a book on the Revelation which took seven years, and am economically ruined by the blocking of its publication by the blocking of search term traffic into my website, by WordPress and perhaps the FBI. If it were FBI, no one would inquire and nothing would be done, so you do not know that what I say is false.

The most important way to “retaliate” for Russian interference is to reject and overturn the result. We are afraid to do this because it has never been done, but this has never occurred before. Hey, bone up! We have a Supreme Court, and for twenty more days, we have constitutional procedures.

Trump has said, characteristically, that we should just Get on with it” “Get Over it,” ya, “ferget aboutit,” which is what they say when they want to retain the advantages of their crimes. He seems to have finally begun to learn his advantage in saying nothing of substance until he is seated, so as not to inflame those who might prevent the emerging tyranny and the end of constitutional government in America. Oh, now he says he agrees there should be an inquiry, perhaps after the Trump supporters in the FBI finish their inquiry by January 20th and are rewarded by keeping their jobs in his fascist administration. Americans may simply have become too slavish to retain our liberty.

We should stand up just here, and call for the indictment of Trump for election fraud because he encouraged fake news and rewarded Russian interference. with such pro-Russian measures as the choice of Secretary of State and the removal of support for the Ukrainians from the Republican platform. Again, the slightest wink or nod in this matter is treason, as well as election fraud. Acquiescence will bring the end of the U. S. Constitution we have sworn to uphold. I keep waiting to hear that he has been arrested, like “Ding-Dong, the Witch is dead.”

The Case for Indicting Donald Trump for Election Fraud

The reason that Donald Trump must be indicted for election fraud is to save America and our constitution, so that government of the people, by the people and for for the people shall indeed not perish from this earth.

It is now generally agreed, among those who do consider, that the Russians have turned the U. S. election. We also suspect that the worldwide turn toward fascism is of Russian manufacture, by turning the Brexit vote, the U. S. Primaries, and the recent Electoral College vote. We also suspect the Russians, through the Russian mob, of corrupting U. S. medicine, leading to a circumstance where something like one sixth or one fifth of the U. S. population is now on opium-based pain medicine. This makes it difficult for the recipient to hear and follow simple arguments. The effect of opioids is like the effect known from the poppy field in the Wizard of Oz, the subject becomes sleepy. The doctors themselves are into their own medicine bag, and this may have been seen in our own primary regarding Dr. Ben Carson.

We have joked, and laid a bet, that more of the Electoral College was on oxy than have read the Federalist Papers. Perhaps more are on oxy than were able to read Federalist 68, in order to know that the original purpose of the electoral College to consider, and when we are in trouble from a domestic tyrant or from foreign interference, to act as the Bulwark against the waves of tyranny that constantly must threaten free government everywhere throughout history and everywhere throughout the world. The Americans do not even realize that free political orders are extremely rare. But our founders knew, as is evidenced in the First Federalist paper, that governments throughout history have been almost exclusively the result of accident and force. Perhaps the Supreme Court would consider that the Electors re-consider, if that vote were indeed turned as the others were, and by similar methods. But the fact of corruption increasingly fazes no one.

No one doubts that Donald Trump would do such a thing if he were able. He believes in winning, and does not believe in justice, or that it matters more for humans how one plays the game. He often accuses his opponent, in this case Hillary Clinton, of just what he is guilty, and just before the election there was a barrage of fake news including the reports that Hillary was guilty of Russian involvement. For this fake news, Mr. Bannon has now been publicly and greatly rewarded. Mr. Trump owned and hosted the Miss Universe contest in 2013 in Moscow, and his new choice for Secretary of State was there, owning the very building where the contest was held. The Son of Putin, a hopeful rap star, was also there, filming Miss Universe contestants in Bikinis and high heels for a video that would make Oudai Hussein envious. These things, The disregard of Trump for women, are well known, and coherent with the tyrannical character. Also consistent is the love of money and power, foremost, that is ahead of human concerns. Is bombing a hospital in Aleppo all right if it is profitable? These are the principles we find ourselves arguing against Trump supporters, most of whom at first wanted only a bit lower taxes, if at the cost of a bit less social services, combined with a disgust of political correctness. But by the time one arrives at the methods that have become normalized in Russia over the past century, these issues appear as petty as they are in truth. Americans have been insulated against these facts about Twentieth Century totalitarianism, and I had to learn them myself with some effort and at government expense. But to weigh the blood- the easy way to present the case to the Americans in a sound bite- the Communists Tyrants in Russia, China and Cambodia alone killed about 100 million persons where no civil war was occurring, which is about eight or ten times as many as Hitler managed to kill in the gas chambers in a seven year period, counting poles and others as well as Jews. The hands of the Russians hold about 70 percent of that blood. Estimates vary, of course, because that much blood is difficult to weigh. But the Americans generally do not know this. We suspect that the Donald does not know either, because he does not read, and indeed had not even ever read his own Constitution. That is evident in the things he says which one would not say if they had read the Constitution. But Donald Trump would do it: Just as he invited the help of the Neo-Nazi vote and and the KKK for the elections, so we all know that he would invite the help of the Russians if he could get away with, even with only the wink of a mobbed-up businessman. Under oath and on the stand, he will admit rewarding the false news stories spun by persons on his campaign payroll. False advertising is a crime in business, and could cause one to lose a deal. We suggest that it is ten times worse in politics, in elections. The false advertising was done blatantly, leading the press just lately to discuss the distinction between fake news and partisan exaggeration.

Mike Rogers recently tried to work for Mr. Trump, but to his credit left the team when it was insisted that he Trumpet the line about Hillary being responsible for the attack in Benghazi. Mr. Rogers is a former FBI agent and was once the head of the House Intelligence Committee. He told the Pentagon, about a year ago that the Russians were coming right up their shadow. That is, the spying that the FBI does on its own agents, that they do not even admit to themselves or to most of the FBI agents, was being gathered and used against them, because the Pentagon was hacked. Edward Snowden allowed the Russians certain crucial clues which then allowed them to infiltrate our open and free government beyond their wildest dreams, perhaps. We worried, and still do worry, that Putin will use ISIS, together with this information, to attack the United States. Putin has been playing both sides of the Syrian Civil War, as is evident in his reluctance to strike ISIS, the publicly displayed reason for his involvement. That is a sort of clue, when one goes about thinking out the intrigues of the villain. The FBI was not spying on Mr. Traffic-ante, though they were spying on every other mobster, with only an exception or two, and by that point one cannot tell any longer the double and the triple agent (Salwyn Raab, Five Families). Would they spy on a double, but maybe not a single or a triple agent? The result was soon that John F. Kennedy and his brother Robert were dead, probably for opposing Mr. Hoffa and the U. S. Mob. Mr. Hoffa, by the way, with our union dues financed the city of Las Vegas, where Trump until just recently owned a casino, and where he strained explicit legal limits to wine and dine a certain gangster. Like the Miss Universe pageant, these things may stink to high heaven, but as in the case of the Manson Murders, conspiracy is very hard to prove. Hard, but not impossible. Manson told others to murder, and these others were, by a strange mixture of intimidation and admiration, motivated to obey. The particular things they did were not ordered, but then they brought these deeds back to their cult leader, somewhat as my cat brings to me the corpses of mice.

We believe that Trump intimidated the Electors, who were to have, according to their job, considered and saved their nation. One resigned due in part to intimidation. Others were reported to have received phone calls, quite early, and these calls may be recorded for posterity. Again the Trumpsters accused their opposition of what they are themselves guilty, though it may have truly been the case that some exasperated Democrats actually did say threatening things to the electors. But no one seriously thinks that Hillary ordered or invited such a thing, nor that she was in a conspiracy with the Russians prior to the election. Trump has repeatedly tied the hands of the Democrats, most notably by threatening to not accept the results of the election. Then, once the disparity between the electoral and popular vote became clear, the Democrats felt they could not even call for a recount, and did not. Jill Stein had to call for a recount, and lost the effort in Michigan when our Republican State Supreme court said, contrary to the law, that she had to be within range of winning the election in order to have standing to call for a recount. The vote in Michigan remains so disordered that it is un-recountable. But if the numbers in Detroit alone had been similar to other large American cities, our Michigan electors would have gone to the Democrats.

General Michael Hayden, just before the electors refused to consider, said publicly, surrounding the very moderate speech of President Obama, that the Russian interference in the U. S. election was “the greatest covert operation of all time.” This does not refer to the part that is public, the hack of the DNC, which revealed the thumb on the scale against Bernie Sanders (the Democrats did not think that a “socialist” could persuade the center, and had a long relation with the Clintons), and the FBI director’s strange re-raising of the issue, which coincided with an eight point spike in the polls in the “republican’s” favor. Our guess is that the spy-marketing and computer interference, which the FBI will not admit because they are using it- is the center of the method by which The Russians turned the elections. Facebook said that they could easily turn an election by certain targeted actions. The Duterte election in the Philippines is said to have been turned in just that way, as, we suspect, were the primaries and the recent European votes that all coincidentally fit right in with the plans and perceived advantage of Mr. Putin. I have told the FBI repeatedly that my own computer and entire internet experience has been interfered with decisively, and they do not care. No one has ever even called me back. I told them my life was threatened, and the evidence is right there on the website, if that is true, since, of course, one alive to know such a thing can never truly know. We made it to their disadvantage, by arranging that, should such a thing occur, there would be an obvious trail, and their subcontractor would be caught, likely leading to the revelation of their crimes. But my own mother, without caring, told me that if it were true, I would already be dead.

If Trump knew or even has rewarded the smallest piece of this big picture, he would be guilty of election fraud, and treason, if he is intelligent enough to understand what he has done. His campaign put very little money into advertising even in the swing states, which is strange for one who truly thinks the world is moved by the power of money. His statements of overconfidence convince me that someone had promised him the election, and had done just enough to assure the matter without being exposed. The Russians thought they had nothing to lose, and are assured, and have assured the Donald that their methods cannot be traced, as hacking into the physical election boxes or election computers might be.

Our FBI has been immune from congressional oversight, as I well know from trying to get them to ask certain pointed questions of two specific persons regarding whether my own fiance was a person who was set to spy on me. She came from the neighborhood of my former graduate school, where I pursued a PhD in politics, and was naively surprised to find the presence of the CIA. Yet I met her as if out of the blue, here in Michigan, by “coincidence,” as often happens in matters of love.

Kaspersky is an internet security company that handles accounts for 4 hundred million computers and computer systems. The FBI will not investigate them, perhaps because of a cooperation agreement, in the spirit of Obama, where we genuinely tried to have improved and commercial relations with the Russians. The home office of Kaspersky is said, right on their website, to be in Moscow, and they are staffed by former KGB agents. John McCain appreciates the significance of that, if Donald Trump dos not. Mike Rogers, too, appreciated the significance, if the majority of the Americans yet do not.

We have said repeatedly that the result of a Trump presidency will be a world war, first against the “Muslims,” (who number 1.9 Billion), and domestic unrest verging on and perhaps emerging into Civil war. I myself am not going to sit very long and watch them hurt little girls as the KKK hurt Emmitt Till, and as the Eastpointe police just beat a black man (I believe the officer still has his badge.) Do Klansmen fulfill most qualifications for applying for positions in the FBI? They are often known for a kind of “clean” living. But the FBI was more inclined to use the mob, as when they tortured the Klansman who knew where the bodies of the three civil rights workers that were featured in the movie Mississippi Burning” had been buried. What the American mob does not realize is that they are Putin’s useful fool, just as General Hayden said publicly that Trump was Putin’s “useful fool.” Or did they know, when it was suggested they might make a great deal more money on heroin than they were already making, that this comprehensive plan was what the Russians had in mind? Oh, he neglected to mention… And do you have enough money yet? Indeed the emoluments clause is there because one cannot serve both God and mammon, and the work of a good statesman in politics is more akin to the service to God. My math and intuition suggests that if we do not indict or otherwise stop Donald Trump, the result will be the nuclear destruction of the United States, after we are tortured, first by world and civil war. I have said this in an earlier blog, and no one cares. The Americans know that a Trump presidency means the end of the Bill of Rights, and political scientists know this means the end of American political liberty, if a majority are prepared to embrace this with a shrug and “give it a chance,” so that no one will think badly of them.

The Game Analogy Argument

Showing a surprising ability to understand analogies, the Trumpsters keep arguing that the difference between the popular vote and the electoral vote- 5 or six times greater than the three previous elections where there was a difference- is irrelevant because the game is decided by the score at the end, not by yardage or the score of a seven game series combined, etc. The teams aim their efforts not at yardage nor at scoring more runs over a seven game series, but at the final score and winning four games out of seven.

What we are saying is that one side cheated massively, and so it does not matter, for example, whether we get rid of the electoral college. They would simply have targeted their cheating to the popular vote. The rules in sports are elaborate and have developed over a century to exclude the influence of the unscrupulous, so that we can have games that are fun at all. The level playing field is set by regulations. It is not much fun to sit through seven games and nine innings only to see the ump or some player obviously throw the game like Shoeless Joe Jackson for the profit of some mobster bookie. This still happens quite often, by the way, and it very difficult to “prove.” Our best method is still to force people in trials to swear to tell the truth and then ask them.

No, Trumpsters, the game is not decided by who can throw out fake news, practice targeted interference and marketing with the help of foreign spying, drug the opposing players, etc. The game is decided by who can gain the consent of the voters to be governed by them, so that some semblance of self government can be preserved in civil society. Oh and by the way, for those who spend their time reading the Constitution and the Federalist papers, the game is not over until the Electoral College freely votes, and then the candidate probably cannot be in Jail, and may have to be cleared of treason, bribery, High crimes and misdemeanors. Look what happened to Wild Bill when that federal judge mistakenly decided that he should take the stand in a petty civil lawsuit while being President of the United States. They maneuvered to force him to commit perjury. Heck, I myself might commit perjury rather than tell the truth, if for my wife when I came home I would have to face Hillary!
